Chimera has been training entry level traders since the first Chimera entity was formed in 2000. Trader education is not a separate business or profit center, it is integral to what we do. We have always and will always take risk on our incoming traders and view live trading as an essential part of trader education. Whether you are a new or experienced trader, we will offer the support needed to help you succeed.
There is an undeniable spirit of comradery throughout our trading floor that contributes to our traders success. Each day traders come together during our firm wide morning call and after hours Zoom meetings. We host several events throughout the year where both new and experienced traders mingle and get to know one another.
